Registration for a free event

4. Your Account On The Website
4.1 The contents of our products are in digital format, and to access the course materials and/or recordings, you will need to have an account on the website.
4.2 Access to this account is governed by these terms and conditions and our privacy policy, and at the point of account registration, you will be prompted to accept them. If you choose not to proceed, we are not obliged to send you the course materials and/or recordings via any other methods, electronically or otherwise.
4.3 When you use the account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
4.4 Insightsandgrowth does not sell products to children. If you are under 18, you may use our products and services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

5. Availability Of The Website, Products And Services
5.1 We may, from time to time and without giving any reason or prior notice, upgrade, modify, suspend or discontinue the provision of or remove, whether in whole or in part, the website, account, products and/or service and shall not be liable if any such upgrade, modification, suspension or removal prevents you from accessing the website, your account, or any of the products and/or services.

6. Electronic Communications
6.1 When you send us electronic mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you are communicating with us electronically. By doing this, you are deemed to have provided your consent to receiving communications from us electronically, such as electronic mails, texts, and mobile push notifications.
6.2 When you subscribe to any of our email services, and/or buy or use any of our products and services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

7. Purchase Of Products And Services
7.1 While we endeavour to provide an accurate description of the products and services, we do not warrant that such description is accurate, current or free from error.
7.2 Despite our efforts, there may be instances where the products and services is mis-priced. The accurate price of the product or service will be displayed when you place your order, and we recommend that you check this before you make the payment.
7.3 We also reserve the right to amend the prices at any time without giving any reason or prior notice.

8. Times
8.1 Our products and services are currently available for purchase on the website. After your purchase has been successfully processed by the payment gateway that we use, we will process your order.
8.2 Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour but could take as long as twenty four (24) hours to complete. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email using the email address that you had provided on our order form. This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access the product downloads, where applicable.

9. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
9.1 Coaching services
Once a coaching service (whether in single or multiple sessions) is bought, there are no refunds, as coaching is built on personal responsibility and accountability. If the client shows signs of disrespect, abusive language etc, Insightsandgrowth will remove the person from the coaching sessions and end his / her participation. The client will not get a refund under any circumstance.
9.2 Digital products (Meditations, audio and/or video recordings)
Returns, refunds and cancellations are not accepted.
9.3 Events, Seminars and Workshops
Purchase of tickets to events, seminars and workshops are non-refundable or reimbursable once purchased.
9.4 Insightsandgrowth reserves the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with any disputes. The decision shall be final and conclusive, and no further negotiations will be entertained.

10. Termination
10.1 In our sole and absolute discretion, we may with immediate effect upon giving you notice, terminate the use of your account on our website, and disable your Email and Password to access the account. We may bar your access to the account if there is a breach of any of these Terms and Conditions or if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with any terms or conditions set out herein, or if in our opinion, it is not suitable to continue providing you access to the account.
10.2 You may also terminate your account with us by giving us seven days’ notice in writing to us.

11. General
11.1 If there is any conflict between these terms and specific terms appearing elsewhere on the website then the latter shall prevail.
11.2 If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
11.3 These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Mumbai jurisdiction.
