We’re Insightsandgrowth (‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’) and operate under the name Insights And Growth.

When you register for an account on our website
We collect personally identifiable information about you so that an account can be created
for you and you can conveniently access products that you have purchased from us anytime,

We do not sell products and services to minors (which is determined based on the applicable

When you purchase our products
We ask for payment details like your credit card number, card expiry date, and CVC so that
your payment for products and services that you purchase from us can be processed by a
third-party payment gateway provider(s) that we use (such as PayPal, Stripe).
When you get in touch with us
There are several avenues to communicate with us. We collect the following information so
that we can answer your questions and take action.
The email address you use and the contents of your email, and any attachments.
The phone number you use on any mobile chat applications (such as Whatsapp or Telegram) if
you:
(a)post in the chats and provide contents of the messages and recordings;
(b)call us and provide information during the call.
Public details from your social media profile (such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or
Pinterest) if you reach out to us via these platforms and the contents of your messages or
posts to us.

Process Transactions

provide the requisite payment information. This will be directly passed on to the payment
gateway providers that we use to process the transaction or as otherwise necessary for the
performance of our contractual obligations to you, including as applicable, order

The two payment gateway providers that we use are PayPal and Stripe. When you use their
service, you shall be subject to their terms and conditions and privacy policy. These are
available on their website www.paypal.com and www.stripe.com
When you choose the option to have your payment processed through Stripe, please note that
Stripe may store your payment data outside of the United Kingdom and by choosing this
option, you consent to them doing so.
Share offers from third parties that may be of interest to you
With your consent, we may use your information to let you know about offers, programs,
products or services, from us or third parties that may be of interest to you.
Fulfill any other purpose
We may use your information for purposes that we make known to you at the time of collection
of such information or otherwise upon your consent.
Security
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent
unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic, and
managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We carry
out security and maintenance checks to make sure our website and other services run smoothly
for you.
How long we keep your information
We keep your data as long as you have an account with us on the website. However, for
private session recordings using web conferencing platforms (such as Zoom), they are kept
for 48 hours so that it gives you time to download them. Thereafter, they are deleted and
not retrieval so as to protect your privacy.
Links to other websites
Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used
these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that
other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any
information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by
this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement
applicable to the website in question.
Your Rights
You have a right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you, or get a copy of it.
Make us correct inaccurate data.
Ask us to delete your data.
Say no to us using your data for direct marketing and in certain other “legitimate interest”
